To locate what version of the TOP Server you have is simple.  Run the TOP server, which is normally done by clicking Start-->Programs-->Software Toolbox-->TOP Server-->TOP Server. Once the TOP server program is running simply click "Help- ->About" from the TOP Server menus. The first screen shows you what version you have for the Main TOP Server Executable. 

You may also at times be asked what version of your specific driver DLL you have. Because of our common archictecture that allows any of the over 50 driver DLLs to plug into the same common application architecture, each driver version can change independent of the main TOP Server executable.  You win in this arrangement because we can easily revision a specific driver without having to retest the entire server or other drivers. This leads to greater flexilibity and faster response times on our part than you might find with other vendors.

To get your Driver Specific Version number, simply click on the button "Drivers" on the dialog shown above and the screen shown below will appear. Find your driver and you will find not only your version number, but also your Driver Serial Number , which we may ask for during a support call. If "demo" is shown then the driver is in demo mode and you have not yet unlocked your driver.
